I wouldn't call it a nose job. It seems he had a problem with his nasal septum and had it corrected.

The first is the only picture I had been able to find about the surgery. As I said, it seemed he only got his septum fixed.
The second is a picture he posted today on his stories and I don't see anything different with it.
