He's a scammer. I planned a 5-minute Skype show with him for £40, sent him the money via PayPal, and then he didn't reply. After messaging him over 3 days, he finally replied with just "Sorry, are you free tomorrow?" and then stopped replying again after that. It's been 2 weeks since.
