How come the crazy guy deleted his crazy comments. They atleast made me laugh
His ex-bf(?) made a video mentioning that his relationship ended. He says that something shitty happened/ they ended in bad/unexpected terms. Apparently he made a podcast talking about the breakup, but ultimately decided not to publish it cause it was too much and he was "not ready".
I wonder what happened. Judging by what he said either Ben ended it or at least he himself had no intention of ending it until something suddenly happened.

The thing is… I saw that coming and honestly I might be in part responsible - not in a way that I caused it, but I definitely accelerated the process. Ben is not fine with the idea of being publicly open with his relationship, however his boyfriend Ryan posted a bunch of stuff that you could easily use to pretty solidly hint at what’s going on between the two… page 13 I visualised most of it that was September 9th - 21st… guess when there was the last post with both of them in it? Thats right, September 17th… After that, complete silence and even though they met up in Los Angeles over Halloween Ryan didn‘t post a single video or TikTok with the both of them and the only stuff that Ben posted with Ryan, he made sure was in a group of people and he wrote something about his „friends“… That is quite suspicious considering they didnt have a problem with posting just the two of them beforehand.
I believe Ben read this thread and he didn‘t like what he saw, there was a little argument and Ryan agreed not to post the cutesy TikTok’s with love music anymore. However that’s only part of the reason why they broke up.
You might have heard about the whole immigration shenanigans Ben was going through (otherwise listen to the podcast) and that made him travel the world, cause he wasnt able to stay in the US for an indefinite amount of time. He finally got his visa though and decided to more or less „settle down“, Ryan on the other hand is still in his travelling phase. Ryan travelled out of choice, Ben travelled to make the best of his situation… when they met, that didn‘t matter but when things changed, the disparity between them occurred bright as daylight. Ryan is restless, and he needs to figure out that his happiness and contentment will come from within… he says it himself he always thinks something great is going to transpire but then he just sits in his hotel… he is chasing mirages like a hungry predator in a desert of dissociation, he clings to an idea of himself defined by his nails, his love for Starbucks ice coffee, his clothes and all that crap… he lives an idea of live and not live itself. He is immature in that way and ben is immature in others… could they make it work? Probably, but a few things seemed to have pushed ben over the edge… two months ago he posted something, when Ryan was in Thailand or Taiwan i believe, he said that „ he had been fighting demons and the demons had been winning and that made him want to shove spikes through his nail“ some weird shit… the moment when his perspective on his future life completely changed and the realisation of what this visa meant to his intent set in (and that’s something a lot of people cant extrapolate, only when the fundament of possibilities changes they start wanting things they didnt know they would want)… that’s when I suspected it was as good as over.
Am I a weirdo for analysing all of that? YES! Do I care… nah not really

i used to like him a lot until i saw how aweful he treated ryan now im always think hes a hipacrit everytime he speaks coz he judges everyone which makes him seem like the only smart person on the internet then does reall crappy stuff
I think the same as you. He became so unbearable and mean. I used to really like him but now when I came across his content I fell nothing

he was dating ryan, ryan spent a week with him in la then in canada then ryan went to paris, whil there ben sent ryan a big bunch of red roses and ryan was waiting for ben to join him in the city of love when ben dumped him so 2 days after the roses out of nowhere he dumps ryan and leaves him alone in paris like how shitty do u have to be, they were together for months and bens coward ass broke up with him over the phone out of nowhere and all ben talks about is respect and how tiktok guys are crings, hipacrate

haha nah i just followed ryan first and found ben from him, ben is very quick to mock and judge and call people out for bad behaviour or to grow up and he did the oposite to ryan which to me just shows that ben isnt what he paints himself as he was cowardly to break up with someone out of the blue when u were supposed to be flying to them in a few days but instead dumped him on the phone unexpectidly as ryan said and then hops on a different flight to hang with his friends like nothing happened , he just gives me the ick now which sucks coz he seemed not fake like most
I guess I wont inquire further how you know this b/c I can totally see it being true.
I will say: it is interesting just how preoccupied he is with the public perception of his sexuality.
He's a fairly non-traditionally masculine gen z guy from Canada so you'd think it would be a non-issue, but it's clearly something that bothers him. He has hundreds of videos + podcasts and yet has managed to completely avoid pretty much any declaration (even ambiguous, like many guys do) on his sexuality. He mentioned kissing/crushing on girls but that's it.
This is in contrast with how otherwise open he has been with pretty much every other part of his life/personality, and with how seemingly "comfortable" he's having (in my opinion) very queer-coded interests. It would be one thing if he was simply a very private person — but we know that's not the case cause he shares a ton of personal shit. It's just this one thing that is so hush-hush.
I used to assume he came from a very religious family, but I wonder if there's something more than that?
