Reality tv shows own the rights to the material they shoot and how they edit / release the content. I would be shocked if they really had the housemates dictate what nudity they could air. If they didn’t want nudity on tv, they would shower in shorts. I’m hesitant to believe BB is asking for their permission to show nudity. They gave that up when they signed on and went nude.
Reminds me when the first season of US Dating Naked aired and the blurring wasn’t well done. The censor slip of the woman’s vagina and the guys cock caused her to sue the program, but the courts tossed out the lawsuit claiming she agreed to be naked on the show and she understood the network could air footage however it wanted when she signed the contract. I doubt Australian tv would be any different.

No one forced them to do NSFW things on the show and they got naked KNOWING there are cameras everywhere. It’s the entire premise of the show to be filmed every moment.

If there was no mention of uncut before they filmed and signed contracts than they have to give them the choice.
I'm sure the ones who said yes had to sign another contract and got paid more.
