I think Carol is a horrible person, but Richard is a huge gameplayer, he's is the most fake one in that house.

Absolutely. He may be a nice chap IRL, but he’s playing it up and acting like a live action Wallace and Gromit character.
I think he’s been most interesting when Caroline’s been getting to him and you see little flashes of anger on his face or he claps back at her.
He’s also quite manipulative in how he says some quite lowkey bitchy things, but in the form of asking a question, particularly in the diary room.

That's kinda what the Diary Room exists for though. I'd find it bitchy if he was quietly planting seeds to other housemates and ramping up outrage against people, but he hasn't done anything like that. And you definitely cannot call him manipulative for going to the Diary room and saying "Caroline hates me for no reason and this is how it makes me feel about her" because who is he manipulating? Is his arse is manipulating the chair?
The same cannot be said of Caroline, she quietly bitches to other housemates, mutters things to people under her breath, cackles about it with Sam and Nancy while nobody else is listening, and then when it comes time to play the game targets only Richard because he's polite and follows the games rules. She is just unlikeable and it's not in the "love to hate" way

No, I think he’s been manipulating the viewers. He’s very shrewd about what he says and careful with how he says it, couching his criticism of the others in the diary room in the form of questions that he knows will be shown and that Big Brother can’t answer.

I have no idea why he was booed so much. I don't think he did anything wrong. It's a shame people have been fooled by Richard, he's a preacher and has a lot of videos doing it so I guess he's good at fooling people. The constant fake shock at cheers and then pointing to himself is so annoying, it's insane how people who have watched BB for years are fooled by him.
I wish surprised by the boo’s, his only runs in were with Sam and Caroline and they aren’t even liked! It felt so random and such a quick turn since he was basically the front runner to win for a while
People didn't like that Zelah was just allowing Sam to flirt with him and flirting back despite him having a girlfriend I think. I don't think people realised Zelahs intentions though and when he came out of the house he seemed surprised by how delusional Sam actually is for him.
I really don't think you can say anyone being shocked at cheers and boos is fake. Allegedly from the Livestream Sam and Nancy now believe themselves to be crowd favourites following the boos at Zelah, so even now that housemates have heard of the perception they are still getting it wrong and I think Sam and Nancy will be equally shocked when people inevitably also boo them for being associated with Caroline
I don’t think that it’s necessarily a loving of Richard. I think it’s more a dislike of Caroline and people are supporting him against her. At least, that’s how I seen it.

They're all playing a game to win. Caroline is the biggest game player in the series and its beginning to backfire on her.
