Actually you can. It's a fact that penis size and growth rate correlate with post natal testosterone levels. Hence blacks being larger. They have higher T levels in their youth. The same applies to southern europeans who on average have higher testosterone levels than northern europeans or east europeans. This is where the 'people in hot climates have bigger dicks' stereotype comes from. Only it has nothing to do with the actual climate making people bigger, but people in these climates tend to have more T in their youth, and grow bigger. This doesn't mean everyone in an ethnic group will be large, but it does mean on average they will be larger. You go to a site like cam4 and see for yourself the biggest guys on there are either black, latino or southern european. I myself have frequented through European profiles. Biggest whites on it always seem to hail from portugal, italy, spain or greeks. The poles, brits, germans not that impressive though you did see an endowed swede from time to time. In my years here, i've come to accept that ALL stereotypes have a factual basis, otherwise they never would've started.

Yes of course, BUT what I was saying was, it's not that simple as people make it out to be 'hot climates makes you bigger' it's the test levels of people in said climate rather which can also have various other influences including diet. Climate is not always representitive to begin with. Southern Europe for example is not 'hot' it's sunnier than the rest of europe, but it's still nowhere comparable to say Latin America or Asia. At best, the climate in Southern Europe is comparable to the pacific northwestern United States especially North/Central California and Washington. China is infact hotter than every country in Europe. They still have lower serum test levels.
