Yea pubs are exception because people are drunk and care less. Shopping mall toilets etc that aren't as busy usually would have dividers and people still often wait for an empty one in middle

While wearing clothes like this might go against the grain in others opinions, being straight, gay or bi has nothing to do with it. I don't "expose" myself for instance if I am on a bus and I am standing in front of people sitting. I don't do this if kids are around. There are many times I don't do this, but when I do feel like it, I do it. I mostly wear polyester shorts rather than the mesh. When wearing the polyester I absolutely enjoy the feel of my stuff moving freely around within my shorts. If someone notices it's up to them if they keep looking or not, but like I said earlier, I don't look around to see if anyone is looking.

Don't know if I'd say I go out of my way to show off, but I certainly don't go out of my way to hide or cover up under the right circumstance. Yes. My wife definitely disagrees with me when I am wearing weights on my sack and my shit is bouncing all over the place!!! I truly don't care if anyone notices or not, otherwise I would be looking to see if people are looking at my croutch. I simply love the freedom of it all. When I am wearing my mesh shorts that is definitely overboard because you can see my dick in the mesh, not just a vdl. I am very selective when I wear them with people around. The polyester shorts allow total movement to my junk and I love the feeling. it's more about being comfortable with my dick be seen if/when the time comes. To go off the men's room example, I would never stand five feet back from the urinal to take a leak so my dick would get seen by strangers. That would be weird as hell to me. I also don't crowd up on the urinal when there's no dividers or a trough to hide my package. I just do what any normal guy would do at home. Same with the locker room. I don't do laps around the changing area while naked or try to chub myself up in the showers, I just go at a normal pace and don't fly through showering/changing or try to keep my manhood covered. So maybe we all have different ideas of what exhibitionism and showing off look like in practice.

I am not an exhibitionist by nature and go out of my way to avoid exposing myself unnecessarily or wearing clothes that highlight my package. I use the urinals to take a piss, nothing less, nothing more. I just want to do my business with as little fanfare as possible and move on with my day.

Echoing what another member said, in all my years of using public restrooms, I've never witnessed another guy purposefully drawing attention to his cock and I've only seen a handful of bathrooms that lack dividers between urinals (being in low-rent restaurants and bars I visited when working for an outside contractor).

Despite urinal flashing being one of the top topics on this site, it is just simply something that doesn't happen, at least not between straight men. Straight men who might happen to have large penises are also not motivated to show off to other men, in what I'm assuming is an effort to brag or humiliate them. This is also assuming the other guy is actually smaller, which one may or may not be aware of.
