I don't always feel every rope, because sometimes more than one rope tries to come out at the same time, or two come out really quick right behind one another. So I don't feel those ropes as separate jolts of pleasure. But when the ropes come out all one at a time in short intervals between each other, yeah I definitely feel those.
Usually I don't feel numbed even when the ropes I shoot are toward the end of the ejaculation, but if it is a particularly heavy volume, sometimes the last few can be numbed. I've had a couple times where the sensations got numbed toward the end, but to my surprise that didn't signal the ejaculation was over, and instead 2-3 more ropes still came out after that.
