Image analyzers say it probably is manipulated. I found this photo, which appears to be the original. The guy is huge, no doubt about that, but it definitely seems to have been enhanced. The image quality in both of their groin areas is significantly grainier. I've also included another picture from the same series that he does look bigger, but not the size in the manipulated image posted here.

It almost looks to me like the "manipulator" just switched the cock from the second pic to the first; that's why he reversed the bodies. The result, humorously, is that it now looks like the original photoshopped the white guy's dick! It looks bigger now! LOL
There's a lesson in this somewhere. My wife would probably love if I could somehow photoshop my dick like that, for real! Of course, she'd have a lot of explaining to do. What about all that "Size doesn't matter" and "It's the motion in the ocean" crap?

With all that being said, in the end, it’s more interesting if the image and the size is REAL. To manipulate it just takes some of the “punch” out of the comparison.
