That's certainly possible. He could have lied about certain parts of his story, like the rape thing, while the rest could be true. I've only seen a couple articles about megalophallus from priapism and I don't think there were any actual photos shown, only x-rays, but I could be wrong. This was the first time I've seen the supposed effects it has on the penis so that was interesting. We've suspected Shorty Mac's girth could be from that but so far there's been no actual proof.
But if that photo with the erection is fake, maybe he did that to portray himself as more functional than he really is to make him feel better about himself? Maybe he can't really get hard at all and the soft ones are real but the hard one isn't? I did notice what seems like a product placement reference in the story for some medication so that seemed suspicious as well. I still don't really know what to make of the story other than the possibly helpful lesson that a gigantic penis is not as great as what you think it would be, so be happy with what you have as long as it works.
