Does anyone know where this image of Speedy is from?

I found it using PimEyes and assumed it was from one of his BiLatinMen scenes or his NakedPapis scene, but I'm pretty sure he never wore that exact shirt in any of those scenes. The couch in the background looks similar to the one featured in at least one of his other scenes and the color of the wall sort of matches too, but I've never seen any other photos or videos where he's wearing that shirt. I only have a partial URL address for the image, but it's not enough to find out where the image is hosted.

I know which scene that image of Speedy is from now. He made a cameo at the beginning of Diez's scene with Pancho wearing that t-shirt and apparently getting blown by Pancho, although only on the original footage, which was cropped out from the final version of the scene for some reason. This screenshot seems to be the only one from the video that shows him, although only from the waist down:

I guess the rest of the original footage is lost? Although the PimEyes image confirms that at least one full photo of Speedy from that scene still exists, I just don't know where. Probably the scene's official photo gallery from the BiLatinMen site, although I can't be sure since I don't have a membership.

Yes it's from Diez & Pancho's video, Speedy appears in promo material but not in the final product :

He also has a (very very quick) cameo in Premiere, Boyka & Venom, but if the sentence "Hey Speedy, long time no see!" wasn't said, I wouldn't recognize him

I guess he used to hang out to the places where Jose was shooting. I'm sure these papis used to have fun with each other off-camera.

It's not from the scene's official photo gallery for members, it has only two pictures featuring Speedy, both are similar to the one I posted (which is from the free promo gallery).
Maybe the blowjob part is from an another promo clip. Promo tools are a total mess, scattered between Bilatinmen, NakedPapis and an another website, and I think some elements have been lost over the years.
There are some examples of models which are blown in promo material (usually by a t-girl, nicknamed "Tran-ny"), but the final video and gallery are solo.

That's an example of what I labeled earlier "lost" promo content - this preview video doesn't belong to the BLM's promo kit (I don't say it never did), and is neither available on NakedPapis or LatinChulos regular promo tools links. But this preview may be still available somewhere on a deep page of NakedPapis or LatinChulos, or it was simply only published somethere else (Twitter? Around this time, they were promo accounts for the two main websites).

I really don't think the final video was uploaded to BLM's members section: hotstuff section uploads stopped in 2008, and in regular section for 2012, the numbering is consistent:

In fact, the only number that I I have absolutely no clue for is 068 - don't know if it ever made its way to the website - but 068 would be from 2003, so we can exclude it is this preview's second part.

Diez and Snoopy are the ones with the white t-shirt model in second part of preview, but on BLM, Diez did 6 scenes and Snoopy did 2, and I can confirm none of these with this guy.

I didn't list NakedPapis scenes yet, so maybe this second part is in fact from there, and not available on preview area. Unlike BLM, NakedPapis' previews by numeric codes seems to lack some contents near number 290, and this corresponds precisely to the year 2012. I didn't subscribe to NP, so don't know if these missing numbers are in fact available in members area.
But it was the period where Snoopy was on NP (275 Snoopy & Osiris), along with this recurring cast and "theme": gay threesome in this same room, featuring Oso, Boyka, Aguila, Filoso... mixed on both websites, and these facts match what we see in this second part.
