Billie Burke, Glenda/Glinda the Good Witch in The Wizard of Oz (the original pretty in pink) and wife of Florenze Zeigfeld of the Follies with the same name. Yeah, I bet she packed a whopper. (sorry, I just couldn't let this slide). She also played Topper's wife in the Topper series of films.

But back to the original post. Who is this new Billie Burke?
