He dated Cara Cooper (from ex on the beach s3), Ourladyj and (very likely) Cassandra James from General Hospital last year. All of them are trans. I think he's definitely more into trans people than anyone else. Not to mention one of his recent post on twitter and likes.

When you say he's not interested in guys, do you mean at the moment, in general or not at all ? He mentioned multiple times that he dated guys... I'm confused... 
he had an ex-boyfriend on Ex on the Beach just because he mostly dates female-presenting people doesn't mean he's not bisexual/pansexual.

Yes, but also that he’s into non-binary, gay, bisexual, hetero people. A pansexual is someone who is sexually attracted to all genders and sexualities.
Yes, I know that. What I mean is there's no word, to my knowing, to describe being attracted to trans people, right? Claiming to be pansexual could be a way to say it (expressly or not). I know the spectrum of sexuality is very diverse.

Everything I read/saw about him have always revolved around trans people. He said he dated guys, but that includes trans guys who were transitioning like Cara. Also, to be fair, what he may say on tv could be for attention seeing or drama and can't really be trusted.
