Husband (bi) and I (99% gay) have been together for 28 years. i have always asked how if he is Bi can he just not fantasize/want to be with a women. He says “It is not what I prefer” and kinda blows me off.

My question is as being Bisexual, how do you just turn off the urge to want the other sex. He gets aroused by straight porn and when I ask him he says he watches the man more. It is a thing I have never understood.

You mention you % of being gay butt not what you believe his to be. There is obviously something about a women that turn him on butt it would seem not enough to want to have physical contact. There are many bi guys that are turn on by men butt will never have physical sexual contact.

Seems me he is happily married

Some bi people are only into the one they love. Sounds like that's you.

It’s the same as straight men not caving into the urge of having sex with women other than there partner or gay men not having sex with other men, or lesbians not having sex with other women… is it really that impossible to comprehend that a bisexual person could actually want to be faithful to one person, male, female or other genders?

Some people don't get that. Its a common trope to assume bisexuals are sex addicts or must have an inclination to cheat or something. Pure nonsense.

I’ve been cheated on twice in my life (not counting the semi-open relationship I had with my last ex girlfriend, as it was consensual) and not once have I cheated or wanted to cheat on a partner
