Dolfette brought up a good point, as your teeth can be discolored yet clean if thats the enamel color. I think it's pretty obvious when people arent brushing their teeth compared to having natural discoloration.

In today's times, vaneers, dentists offering whitening and at-home whitening kits i think we place a huge emphasis on having white teeth.

My teeth arent extremely white and i used to be insecure about it until my dentist matched up the color on a tooth chart and i was surprised at how white they were compared to how i thought they looked.

Chances are if this guy is referring to women as bitches, he probably is just frustrated about not getting laid that he's grasping as staws here.
