Pawin Kulkarunyawich, known as "Win Pawin", has played in a few BL series. In the Netflix show "The Stranded", there is a scene where he's changing and we see his ass. Netflix can take some more risks than Thai TV apparently. Still wished we had seen more.

In the uncut version of the 4 minutes series, there is a sort of frontal nudity scene. But I'm not sure if it's real or prosthetic. If it's real, I guess that would be the first case of frontal nudity in a Thai BL.
