Tbh I kinda feel like he search for guys and girls barely legal. I mean yeah he has an open relationship but is a bit weird tho. Also its not a secret what is an open relationship but at least protect your bf from haters and make sure your fuck buddies don't feed the threats

Yup, I saw this IG Live as well. Chad said that the speculation has been stressing them out. I bet; even a couple of their fan accounts on Twitter were questioning their relationship this past week. I'm glad he spoke up but I don't see anything quieting the troll accounts because someone who would interfere with a stranger's relationship isn't going to respond to a rational appeal. They're crazy.
Side note- Chad claimed that all gay relationships become open eventually. I hear this a lot from people in open relationships but it hasn't been my experience in relationships at all. To any baby gays out there: don't feel like monogamy isn't possible if that's what you want. We have research on open relationships amongst gay couples and about 30-40% are open. So it might seem like everyone is open but a majority actually monogamous. Open or closed, do what works for you and not what you think other people are doing.

They cause the speculation themselves. They broadcast their lives and their relationship all the time. If they wanted privacy, they could have it

the thing is, they will disclose tidbits of info on their relationship, and then everyone outside is left with holes in the story, that causes speculation to arise.
we didn't know their relationship was open up until recently, so anything that involved them with other people would cause speculation of a break up or cheating. we didn't know blake was attending kentucky university, so when he got a place there, it made people wonder if they split and he moved back home. now blake is living in kentucky by himself and chad is living in l.a by himself. so ofc that's also gonna start speculation about their relationship, especially because you always see them by themselves on social media, as opposed to before when they were always posting together. you only really see them interact through tweets.
and like it was said above, they put themselves in this position. blake wanting to be famous so bad he's been trying to do the youtuber/influencer sharing of personal life thing, and it'll always result in people speculating on their lives. they've created a parasocial relationship with their fanbase, so people start wanting to know more of their private lives, because that's what happens with anyone that makes their fanbase think they're their friends, and when info doesn't get disclosed, the gaps get filled with speculation
