It's not condescending at all because it's the truth. As a victim of CSA myself who also did not go on to be abuser, It pisses me off to no end when people make uninformed, uneducated claims like the one that victims of CSA go on to become perpertrators of CSA. All it does is lead to stigma and re-traumatise victims.
