Asides from porn, Blake and Leo are dating. Doesn't matter if their relationship is open or not, he shouldn't be joking about impregnating other girls? If it were me, I'd personally feel offended because he didn't respect the relationship enough and joked about this. Also he deleted the tweet which obviously means he felt guilty and knew what he said was wrong, or was probably overwhelmed by the backlash. Anyways, I think Blake prefers women and he doesn't see long-term romantic relationship with a man so, oh well.

from what i remember him saying, they've known each other since highschool. seems like she's a bit of a rebound, because when him and casey broke up, he got back with her, so she was like some safety net so he wouldn't have to be single. he seems like one of those people that get into a sad state if they stay single for too long and just keep trying to get back into a relationship. after the miscarriage, they broke up, and i doubt they'll get back together, and he went back to dating guys, and ended up dating chad

No I mean his relationship with men were always commercialised and even with Leo now, they mostly shoot porn and FROM INSPECTION, it seems as if they have little romantic chemistry. As compared to him dating the woman, he actually posted oddly romantic tweets about being in love with her and whatnot. You can romantically prefer a gender and sexually prefer another. I think Blake may like men sexually more, but romantically I THINK he sees himself more with a woman.
