Probably you are out of the loop, but PH recently insitutued a new policy requiring verification before you can upload anything, due to moral panic surrounding CP on there.

i know what happened. but lanegirl was talking about xvideos not letting them upload, and i asked what happened when they tried, because i just went to the xvideos upload page and it takes me to a captcha before taking me to the uploading page

Does anybody know any other tube sites now that PH is useless? I tried xvideos, but it wouldn't let me upload. I don't know if it's because my account is new or something.

what happens when you go to upload? does it take you all the way to the uploading page and then simply doesn't let you or does it not even let you go on the uploading page? because if it's the former, then you probably have something blocking the captcha, they have a "prove you're not a bot" page that shows up before it lets you upload. if it's on the uploading page, maybe your video doesn't fit the requirements.
there's other sites but idk if they're all easy to upload, they might be changing shit now with the ph purge. try thisvid or xhamster

must be a new thing for new accounts then. because it didn't require verification before, you could just upload videos as long as they were the right file type and under the size limit.
surely there's gotta be decent porn uploaders out there still
