I think your interpretation may be a bit different than what @freshforce 's post meant! "Sugar Mommy" aka "Sugar Mama" (link) is just the female riff on "Sugar Daddy" - not an actual mother, just an older figure, "old enough to be a Mother" type thing. And "superfan" combined in this instance? But I too saw the name before and didn't know any of that backstory - thanks @freshforce for filling us in.
