it's genetic probably. i'm the same. i'm 30 and the oldest i've been given is 22. i get it from my dad's side of the family. my dad is in his 50s and only when he started getting grays did people start realizing his age, they thought he was in his 30s. my grandma was also the same, until she started getting grays, she didn't look over 40.
idk with him if that's the case, it's entirely possible he's had work done and not talked about it. but it's also very likely he just has good genes
