I think it’s more so the incident was not something he consented to. A dick slip/flash on his stream, while not planned, happened on a public stream that he was choosing himself to broadcast.
One is a case of privacy being violated and the other is him willingly putting himself in front of the camera
Absolutely not trying to sound rude or argue, but can it really be called an incident he didn't consent to if he willingly chose not to wear underwear, while also having the camera set up at exactly that spot and angle to steam himself, and also (apparently) not even checking the video that was being streamed to make sure he didn't show anything when he knows he was going commando and a flash/slip could have been possible?
