Just his face in 70% of the content he either looks like he’s fucked up or like he got dragged down a couple blocks. Which I know he purposely goes for that aesthetic in a lot of his pictures. But sometimes it just seemed forced and out of character and that’s why he quit the internet as a whole

Totally agree. The amount of degrading remarks about Bobby's feminine side just irk me. Like I get it. It's not for everyone. A lot of us grew up with him as the movie buff and analysis guy. So when a person does something contrary to what we know, it feels "wrong." But that's reality. Bobby very well could've always been a more feminine guy and just never felt comfortable to show it. He did grow up in Tennessee after all! And I doubt anyone imagined he'd ever be posing for nudes. Point being, Bobby is his own person. We can't control him nor should we try.
remember it's lpsg, if the people posted don't cater to someone, there's gotta be something wrong with them. they can't just move on into something else of their liking without letting the rest of the users know they don't like something and that there's something either bad or ugly about them.

How do you even know it’s his “feminine side”? You do realise he put on a whole host of personas over the years to make coin. They were make believe characters on the internet, playing dress ups. He understood shock value got clicks or subs.
This is precisely what I'm talking about. This persistent dialogue about what/who Bobby is or isn't. I've seen people call him everything from a demon to a trans person in denial. I say "feminine side" for simplicity and the two following reasons.
1. What else am I supposed to call it? He didn't make any formal announcements about "this side" of him, he didn't name it (not that he needed to) like with "Nasty." "Nasty" was actually an effort to explore his masculinity. Even from his earliest OF posts he presented as less masculine in some: the angel shoot, the one with the mannequin, etc. There was no obvious "persona" he gave us when he dressed more feminine.
2. Bobby admitted that being in LA, he felt he could be himself, as opposed to the south. Specifically this included his bisexuality, wearing makeup, and the clothes he wanted (this was before OF mind you). Now, if that translates directly into wearing skirts and lingerie, I honestly can't say, he didn't specify. Understandably, it could be a range. So feel free to interpret that as you wish; if you wanna see it as a monetary tactic, so be it.
But that's the crux of what I'm getting at. No one knows how genuine Bobby was in any capacity. I'm inclined to give him the benefit of the doubt. But I honestly don't care. If "femboy Bobby" is fake, so what? If he said every word and made every post for, coin, then that's that. What I take issue with is the dialogue from some that Bobby in recent years was is in someway antithetical to who *he really is.* Which seems to always translate to the person feeling robbed of the nerd who likes movies and critiquing pop culture.
No one cares about his “feminine” side or him dressing up as whatever he wanted to be. People are going to have opinions , you put yourself out there knowing you was gonna get those. Some are gonna be good some are gonna be bad. But we can have open dialogue and discuss them like adults that some of us are and of course you’ll get a few trolls, that’s just the internet. That’s just things you gotta think of when you bussin it wide open on the internet for change.
But some of us cared about his mental state and it was very clear in some of the content that it was forced. How do y’all even know he enjoyed this “fem side”? Once he started going full nude you need something that’s gonna get the next big reaction and that coulda just been that.
it’s very clear he wasn’t happy and probably regrets or feel like OF wasn’t worth it at the end of the day. He doesn’t have a single dollar left from OF or anything to show from it. Because he got a normal job, it’s not like he retired got the bag and chillan with his OF money… There is a reason why he quit the ENTIRE internet and it’s not just cause he got bored with OF.
And that's fine, I agree. I don't mind discussion around what people liked or didn't. I just hate when people actively put him down for it. I'm trying to stress that Bobby should be allowed to do what he wants and how. Sure, we can voice our concerns and complaints as fans. But there's a difference between calling Bobby a "genderless demon" and asking if what he's doing is what he really wants. Very few of his followers seemed enclinced to give him that space. Instead, he received nothing but insults and demands. And continued to do so up until he quit. Whether it was Nasty, the feminine stuff, or his departure from film.
And yeah, if you ask me, the reason he quit was because of that pressure. Don't know if I'm right, but that's how I'm reading the situation. No one seemed satisfied. He did one thing, and got complaints. Did another, more complaints, so on and so on. Nothing was good enough. So I'm just asking the community to be respectful and conscious.
If you are selling yourself for subs or clicks, you inherently are not “being yourself” you are being what the algorithm wants. He commodified himself and his identities and people consumed that product, complained about the product, didn’t like the version upgrades, etc. Internet Bobby is not who he really was because……internet. You are trying to turn the internet puppet into a real boy when all there really is is a montage of bad decisions and nudes. Honourable but silly.
