Bodybuilder Trainer Tyrone Bell

Is there anything new?
Might not be what you're hoping for @Luke976 but here's some interesting info I've fished out online about our Ty. I had no idea he had worked as a Professional stuntman! He's looking increduble at a mature 43 years.

The YouTube interview has some nice shots of him bulking up in the gym.

How I Went from Stuntman to Full-Time Bodybuilder and WBFF Fitness Model Pro — MO Marketplace

Tyrone Bell - Greatest Physiques

Tyrone Bell - Online Coach on Instagram: "My Body Is NOT My Life! Now it is mearly a by-product of how I live, and how I approach certain things. Typically I end up working 12-14 hours everyday on my business looking after my clients 💻 Most people don’t work 14 hours a day but do have other life responsibilities that still see their day stacked. So how can I, at 42 years old, work 12-14 hours a day and still comfortably live all year round in this condition, stress-free? TRAINING 💪 My training approach is ON! 👌 My split, exercise selections, and balance of frequency, volume and intensity generates a powerful physique-changing stimulus every time I train without running into any age-related recovery issues. NUTRITION 🥙 I make it mindless! My meals are always prepared and I NEVER leave home without them. I never have to think about my nutrition, I simply execute. KEY HEALTH MARKERS 🩸 I regularly get blood work done to ensure key hormones are in optimal ranges. My meal plan is made up of foods that support my gut health, nervous system, help lessen inflammation and support the physiological functions needed for physique improvements. My routine also includes two meals a week ‘off' my meal plan. One meal thats a refeed meal. Generally truckloads of sushi 🍣 If @stacwa_ is here, we’ll make it a date night Another meal of the week can be more of a cheatmeal if I feel like it. This is a meal that I can eat whatever I feel like. 🍔🍟🍕 DO I EVER TAKE A BREAK? Because I have developed a body composition with favorable amounts of muscle tissue vs body fat - My resting metabolic rate is extremely high therefore I burn calories at a greater rate than the typical 42-year-old male. My insulin sensitivity is high, and nutrition partitioning is extremely favorable. As a result I can spend extended periods of time (holidays etc), eating far more relaxed and experiencing very little, if any regression. This ’state' is my END GOAL FOR EVERY CLIENT that I work with 📈 We do what's needed to get them to this state (these are the initial ‘hard yards’)💪 then stress-free maintain without interfering with other life responsibilities, and most importantly ENJOYING LIFE everyday."

Let's hope we get to see some of his more recent "performances" with Stace soon :yum ..........
We're fortunate that he likes to be watched........ and admired doing what he does very well indeed!
