Yes! This is the one! But there was a video for it or the normal 2-3 part videos because I saw it YEARS ago but they said somehow it got corrupted when they were updating their site once and they never saved it or something like that. I think I bought a membership some time in, what, 2008? And there was already no video by then, so I guess it was before that
