It's definitely him, you can tell by the cocktail arm tattoo in that photo that he's had for years. That's quite a difference in his butt in these two photos so he's making big improvements in his body. I'm guessing he doesn't want teen/twink roles anymore and is going for more adult roles which is a smart move.
