Pick Inspect at the bottom of that list.
This will open a page with the sourcecode of the page.
Some pages you can fairly easily locate which part of the code that shows what simply because the row of code you have marked will get highlighted on the webpage.
So you scroll around until you find the source of the video and the link the website use to find where the video is that it should be showing.
Some pages obstruct it by not showing the link in open text, others just block you from opening that link in a non-embedded way.
An easier way would be to ctrl/cmd + f and search for the mp4 file. Or click on one of the icons that looks like a crosshair and click on the video
