So heres my (and mine alone) theory: I think troy might have caught feelings for alek because why even mention him when its ur (his. Troys) decision alone to quit and its obvi becuz alek is quitting to go back to school troy has decided to stop making content bcuz of that. You obviously have reading comprehension issues. I already mentioned that in that post and in another previous post as well. Additionally i indicated its just speculation. I also gave an example of a real life situation that did happen similar to what I'm speculating.

Boys - it should be pretty obvious what happened. The basics: Kyle, Troy, and Alek were under contract and for some reason they are not anymore.
