I think Dylan is adorable. He is certainly very good looking and hot but I dont see him in that light. I see him as a vulnerable sensitive person. Him not getting the bosun position was really hard to watch. of course he wasnt entitled to it, but he was certainly more qualified to get it. on the other hand he did join the crew late and i can see the other 2 not necessarily taking a promotion from a new crew member taking it well. Although perhaps both of the other deck hands (Kyle and Sunny) seem humble enough in a work environment they might have been ok with a new crew member being their senior.
I'll admit that I know little about how yachting works (aside from my Below Deck exposure), but a consistent theme on these shows that I've certainly also witnessed in other work environments is an obsession with titles. I've always been more of the "screw the labels and just do the work" sort and have observed that often those who are most worried about whether they are "fairly" titled are often undeserving, unqualified or lazy. Perhaps all three. Dylan's obsession with overall experience may be accurate, but Ben explicitly said he chose Sunny because she knew the boat and Dylan didn't. He weighed advantages and disadvantages in making the decision and the captain agreed with him. I think Dylan needs to grow up.
yes he just came off as whiny and all the boat crew earn the same amount of money. Plus his personality is a zero, he's got terrible confessionals
I partially agree with this. I think the obsession with titles is really so they can put it on their resume and continue to be in that role on the next vessel they work on and continue to grow. I don't think it's about the money at all, specifically on BD.
The thing is I think this was his third charter, tho to be fair his first he came at the end. Dylan had plenty of time to get acquainted with the boat and im sure he was. IMO, and cappy not knowing about Sunny-Ben f#$ing each other, Ben was thinking with his dick. IMO Sunny is a whiny jealous cus who has thrown too many tantrums so far. I dont think she deserved the bosun position. And as far as titles knowing hierarchy is important. you need to know who you go to. So i agree yes just do the job but on the other hand you need to know hierarchy as well.

Remember that the show is edited drastically to fit a narrative so we're never seeing the full scope of anything. Scenes are thrown in out of sequence that could occur early on and they throw footage into a later episode as if it just happened. Some of the cast have commented on things completely out of sequence when aired. We're getting snippets out of extensive footage.
I watched all sorts of Bravo shows (summer house, winter house, VPR etc) and just came across this feed about Below Deck. Why is it that there are SO many leaked nudes / Onlyfans accounts of this exact show? There is barely any nudes of cast members of the other shows lmao!
Yes! Between the number of cameras mounted on the ship, the vans and the camera chew themselves, there's 10s of thousands of hours of footage filmed during the shoot which the producers whittle down to a 14.5-hour season. Furthermore, all the captains have commented how production is constantly starting shit, for the format requires drama prior to every commercial cutaway.

I think he's cute and has a nice body, but getting entangled with him for anything beyond a fun romp is clearly a mistake. He's always on the prowl for the next best thing. Or anything!
