A question to the brief wearers out there: do you use the fly?

I myself prefer good old fashioned tighty whities, such as the style of Hanes and FTL. I dunno, there's just something "boy next door" and "all American" about them lol. But I NEVER can manage to use the fly...and I often try. It seems to create an impossible pinch around the shaft, cutting off flow and then getting everything back inside and properly placed is impossible. So I usually end up reverting to my usual tactic of pulling down the waist band.

Hey Ziggy. I usually don't use the fly in briefs, or any type of underwear for that matter. I have the same problem as you. Also, my dick usually isn't long enough to effectively use the briefs fly.

Generally, I use the fly in my pants (that is, I do not undo my belt and unbutton my pants) then pull my dick out over the top of my underwear. It has worked for 31 years, and I don't see any reason to change the way I piss.

With regular Y fronts I pull down the waistband and pull my dick up over the top. With H front ( kangaroo pouch) I pull my dick through the fly. any other style it is over the top.

I only have one boxer brief with a fly, but I always pull down the waistband. Too much of an effort to get my dick out of the fly and then stuff it back in.

Morning wood is a different story though. Every time I sleep in that underwear, I wake up and it's already out of the fly.

I never even use the fly on any of my other clothes either. I always unbutton/pull down waistband and pull my dick over the top.

Undo belt, unzip/unbutton fly, push underwear down and dick out to piss that way. Easier than using opening in underwear, feels better and gives the boys a breather while I piss.

When I'm wearing briefs under my jeans, I'll unzip the zipper and stick my junk through that by pushing the waistband down with one hand and pulling my dick and balls over the top with the other. That way, I can protect my goods from getting caught in the zipper without needing to undo my belt.

I always unzip/unbutton my trousers. (No belt or top buttoning, usually, especially not in the public men's rooms at work) I pull the waistband down (around my balls, if there's enough room, pull out my cock, strip back the 'skin, and have a nice peeing session. My Tommy Johns have a horizontal fly which is very user friendly. I use the fly when I'm wearing those. Otherwise, it's more trouble than it's worth. Although 2UNDR has a pretty manageable vertical fly.

I have experimented with the fly of my briefs before and found it to be too awkward to use. It's so much easier to pull the waistband down and take care of business.
