Just got tickets today (returns) to see The Glass Menagerie by Tennessee Williams.
The production has come over to London for a limited run and has had some great reviews in the English press.

Last musical I saw was Gypsy with Imelda Staunton - what energy, timing and what a fantastic voice she has, utterly brilliant,

Gypsy was fantastic. I'm not a fan of Sondheim's music, but his lyrics are brilliant.

Funnily enough; I'm not a fan of Musical theatre but there are 2 exceptions;
Cabaret and Gypsy. (both based on true stories) they contain some of the best musical compositions of the 20th century imo.

I'm a huge fan of musicals, and I must agree they are two really great ones.

I finally pulled enough strings to get tickets to Hamilton late last year. But then lost them when I couldn't get up to NY because of work. My boss is a bitch, and what makes it worse is that I'm self employed. :mad:
