Honestly it looks like his methods are actually aging him. He’s 46, but looks to be in his 50s. Also he should kept the beard!
You can’t stop nature. Yes, you can get plastic surgery, fillers to try and appear “younger”. But at the end of the day you will never look like you are in your 20s or 30s. You also can't physically be the same as a 18 year old. Age always catches up with you.
Guy is loaded and bored so I guess this is his hobby in terms of keeping busy. Oh to be rich and not have to worry about the necessities in life and you can just do stuff like this.
