not trying to be THAT guy... but am I the only one who sees an incossistency in his Calvin pics... Cross referencing the buldge pics in calvins vs the previous pics in calvins. Not saying his a Liam Ferrari... but Ive had a dick and bulge all my life (lol) if its there in one pic its there in others.
I think its because of the angle. Or he has the legs spreaded or with something in the way of the view (his hand, Noor's hair). Also i think he was a semi hard in the bulge pics
There's also a good chance that he is really small soft and grows a lot when hard so it might not be as obvious in not fully hard pics

I think the explanation is that in the bulge pics he’s standing and his legs are together pushing everything out. In the non-bulge pics he’s seated or laying down. His legs are spread apart, with one leg raised some, creating a tent event with his underwear, all of which works together to hide his package.
