Hope hubby loads all the dudes up in a van and drives them down to the old STD clinic and then keeps them under surveillance until the jerk off.
Seriously, so many infections in the eyes, throat, etc. It might be a sexy fantasy, but health wise, it's a pretty risky endeavour. Some things should stay fantasy or at least stay on a manageable scale. Maybe no more than three men - screened men. Screened well for all STIs with medical forms in hand. Screened for potential violence and drug use. If hubby is your only security, he can easily be overtaken by more than one guy and you could find yourself in serious trouble. Screened for video equipment. You don't want unauthorized video ending up on the Internet.
Planning one of these things has the potential to go quite wrong if he does it on his own. A sex club with a careful clientele would be better for you. You still want to verify health records. Even the porn industry which requires monthly testing still encounters frequent outbreaks of STIs.

There are some fantasies that just need to stay in that realm. There are more safety factors to consider besides JUST the STI, STD factor. (ie, alchohol, drugs, and getting out of control quickly) If you want to really push your luck, tell hubby to post on Craig's List.
