No, because my boss is a fashionista and would keel over in a faint if anyone ever dared to show up at work in jeans.

Ah yes I probably wouldnt' show up in those jeans either (nice jeans coulde be ok, not those perhaps...) But I was wondering about the bulge, as a principle :)

There are a few variable that could be a problem showing a bulge at work:
Overly tight pants
Very thin fabric
Very light fabric color that make the pants see through
None of these variables are present in your pants, so go for it.

I second that. I try to carry around just a decent bulge at work - people may
wonder, but not start to make remarks or react negative.

I'd say it's definitely okay to show a bulge a work. In fact, it should be mandatory. Seriously though, I work in a law firm and have no problem showing off what I have and quite a few guys (associates and partners alike) don't seem to mind showing off theirs as well. Dress trousers seem to make things very noticeable; khakis on casual days are also a visual treat.
