If it pops out that easily, it's too small in size and the wrong shape as well. A well-designed medium works best. It stays in place even if things get strenuous — when I'm fucking a buddy or a gf. If you want to have one in long term and go out with it and not worry about it slipping out then you need one with a longer and thinner neck to it. Also look for ones that have more oval shaped bases. Basically if your inner sphincter muscle is stretched but your outer one isn't, it causes the muscle reflex to push out. Also for longer use some people will wear a thong to help keep it in. I've tried it but I find it's better to just get one that works for your body.
