Not the most practical of garments, but that's OK.

I have worn them. However, I found that they are difficult to keep in place. If the steel back piece weren't so long the fit might be better. Also, if the item itself were smaller (for me), the fit would be snugger. The C-string is okay for short-term wear, but, to wear it all day would be bothersome.

I think it's like a clamp; one end goes up your ass crack, other end cups your dick/balls.
