The only receipts are forum chatter over the years, but several people saw the same activity where Cameron would “like” different types of porn on tumblr (which he didn’t know likes were visible if you went to a certain url).. and while most of the porn was straight he would also like hot guys, some guy on guy stuff, and kinky hetero porn like girl eating guys ass. When he was done jerking he’d clear his likes. If you timed it right you could see all the stuff he was yanking to in his nightly jerk sesh lol.
There's been enough smoke over the years that it's safe to say there's at least a little fire to the rumors that he's not entirely straight. There was also that weird incident where he and his friend invited a gay man up to their hotel room, and it somehow ended in a physical fight. And then of course the infamous nudes that may or may not be him, but are all clearly at least the same person, and were allegedly sent by him to various other guys on Tumblr back before he was a big influencer. All explainable taken on their own, but together, they start to paint a picture.

Not about him, so much as it makes you think about the passage of time more. And also makes you see how fleeting certain types of attention and fame are.
Reminds me of the quote from a star is born. “Look, talent comes everywhere. Everybody's talented, fucking everyone in this bar is talented at one thing or another. But having something to say and a way to say it so that people listen to it, that's a whole other bag.” It’s like you look at Cameron Dallas, or Nate garner, the Dolan twins, lele pons, Nikita dragun, etc. they’re all more or less irrelevant now. Shows what truly matters, is on the inside, as cliche as it is. Whether it’s for longevity as a creator or just as a regular human being.

He went through that phase where he had to make some choices around sober or not sober. Otherwise, I can say with some confidence that he's not really changed much at all over the years. He does numbers. He analyzes engagement. He sells a product. He's just not using himself as the product anymore. I prefer saying he's not in the spotlight anymore ... irrelevant isn't inaccurate. But I prefer "not in the spotlight."
