Yes. If he's working for them, it's their responsibility to make sure he's not a risk to his patients, just like everyone else work in the medical field. I wouldn't employ someone who would be a risk to the patients. I'm sure his employer probably knows all about his out of work activities, Jealous people have sent stuff to his employer already.
