Exactly, plus growing up in the religious conservative south does not help anyone with a possible coming out process. He may have a nice middle class family background now, but that cushion does not help if they cut you off after they find out you are gay.
So wait, why are people speculating about his sexuality or about his life overall? It literally has nothing to do with you, and is a very weird thing to do. He's not a celebrity – not even close – and it's uncomfortable to see people trying to out him or prove that he is not straight...

I saw in a Tiktok with his cousins that at least one of them was wearing a Liberty University shirt. I'm guessing the family is probably deeply evangelical.
Exactly what happened to me. I waited until after college and I had a job to support myself, my guess is Carson is doing the same thing.
