Yes and no. Are you registered with the US copyright office? Do you utilise a watermark on your content? Companies that abide by DMCA don’t always remove the content forever, merely remove it until it’s reposted. You need to register a trademark or service mark with the US Patent and Trademark Office in order for a lawyer to be able to file a cease and desist under a theory of trademark infringement, which would have the content removed entirely and that it stays down. Make sure you are aware of the legality behind your modelling and copyrights. Registering doesn’t take long and is inexpensive.

I mean he only needs to register if he plans to actually file the suit. Copyright exists from the moment the work is created, even if you're not registered. I'm pretty sure LPSG will remove posts if he reports them, regardless of the status of his registration.
I’m sure they will, however, my point is following DMCA means they have to remove the content if it’s disputed by the creator. BUT, does not mean that it can’t simply be reposted over and over and over after being removed. If he’s doing onlyfans I’m assuming finances are not great and so filing a lawsuit probably isn’t going to happen lol. I only know a little bit about American laws, my focus is in Canadian law.
