It's insane you would play with your health when you've been given a nice, natural physique like his. But he must be extremely vain.

He once posted something delulu along the lines of realizing how special he was, that he'd been given great privilege and that it came with great responsibility to put it to good use.

I don't think whatever force or higher power he was referring to meant loading up on roids and becoming an attention whore.

Unfortunately body image problems and anxieties that come with it can affect anyone even those who are gifted with beauty. We see massive attractiveness and they see that one little area that ruins it for them.
