I have a true story about him. He played a show in Wilmington earlier this year and as a gay man (who honestly just thought this guy was hot and curiously bought a ticket to the show) I was a little nervous when he talked to me after the concert. He was obviously drunk and asked me if I’d like to hang out on his bus. There, it was Chase, the driver, a band member, and myself. The band member left a little after, leaving Chase and I to talk about music and growing up in North Carolina. Is that your thing?” I admitted that I am, and he told me that he has only ever been blown by another guy, once, in collage. I was surprised, slightly tipsy, and even more surprised when he asked me to suck him right there. I said “someone’s gonna walk in”, but he just laughed. Anyway, I eventually did, but he never came. It was pretty short actually lol.

I know this might sound like fanfic, but I shit you not, it happened. I think he’s at least a closeted bisexual or was just bi-curious, and has covered it up over the years because this industry is pretty sketchy like that. That, and because of his image as this straight, party guy who could get into any girl’s pants.

I fully believe this. I met him recently at a bar after one of his concerts. Was hanging with a bunch of my friends and he was hitting on some of the girls. I’m pretty straight passing but I don’t hide the fact I’m gay. He was sitting next to me and I was talking to someone else at the table about some sort of sex related something I don’t really remember. And then he just randomly said to me “yeah well I’m tryna fuck her not you”. It seems like nothing but I wasn’t talking to him in the slightest so it kinda stuck out as weird to me. I’ve hooked up with enough DL men and they always feel the need to “assert” their straightness in public and that made my gaydar ping. Should’ve shot my shot now that I’m reading this

Sorry to hear he was a jerk to some random dude sitting next him. Sounds like internalized insecurity if the rumors of his bisexuality are true
