WOW! I JUST bought one last week. I came across male chastity device about 2 years ago and finally went and bought one. I haven't really had a problem with that. When I get hard it in it just kinda feels tight down there but not painful. When I first started wearing it I would wake up just because it felt weird down there but I guess you get used to it because it doesn't really bother me at night anymore.
