Regardless of what I think of Mr Cheney politically, it looks to me like he&#39;s got major wood there.

Perhaps it&#39;s an "incontinence device" as those who dislike Cheney choose to believe. Or maybe they know more about incontinence devices than the rest of us.

Who said anything about disliking the Vice-President?? I simply agreed with the original article that stated it might be an incontinence device. As for the size of his penis, I could care less.
