It is real. He accidentally posted it years ago, I'm pretty sure it was within a screenshot he posted of his photos app.
He uploaded a video on his own Instagram. It was a screen recording and at the end of the video there was a fraction of a second where we could see some other pitures in his gallery.
One of those pictures was this dick pic.
So either he got the video from someone else and it is their dick (or it is a dick pic that they in turn got from someone else), or it is his dick. Or that he gets dick pics sent to him from other guys and he saved them. There was also a meme in his gallery which was a picture of him with the caption "Guardian of that pussy" or something.

Back when it came out, Chris Evans had to make a public apology (sorta, more of a statement of 'oops') about it, and even some of his castmates/friends cracked a few jokes about it.
It's definitely real.
Im just glad we saw it like not a million years did I think something like this could happen to someone like him and I hope the next will be Chris Hemsworth to complete the super hero marvel fantasy
