I find it weird how aggressive you are in insisting it will be his real ass on display when all common sense and basic understand of how films are made these days proves otherwise.

Also I never said Chris could not show his ass, as he already has in a different non Disney movie.

This Thor “nude” scene appears to be less than a few seconds long, he is chained up, doesn’t move, is played for laughs, and is in a all ages family Disney Marvel movie.

There is no logical reason for him to be naked in that scene when they can film that same scene with him wearing flesh colored or green screen colored underwear and simply edit it out in a matter of seconds.

Why would they make Chris get fully naked, make him wear some small flimsy sock over his dick, than stand there for minutes in front of dozens of actors, extras, film crew, for what will be a one or two second flash of his ass?

Think logically. Could it be his real ass? Maybe. But all logical thinking proves he most likely just wore underwear.

The "Rush" shot is his real butt, no CG embellishments - you could tell because his cheeks had a bit of a sag - probably from his weight loss for the role.

The "Thor" shot could well be either fully CG, or his real ass albeit with some CG polishing to even out the skin tone, color, hide any skin wrinkles, etc. - really polish that patootie for prime time.

Digital butt cracks have been around in film and TV since the 1990s. If this were some indie film or low-budget affair, especially made in another country, it'd likely be a real ass.

This isn't, this is a megabudget Marvel and Disney production.

They will have post-production people and executives having gone through that shot frame-by-frame. To suggest this will be his completely natural butt is a little naive - almost everything in that shot is digital or digitally polished, his butt certainly will be too.

Zac did nude scenes in Dirty Grandpa, but the outdoor beach scene is all fake. Butt and dick! He wore flesh-colored undies! And the directors even confirm it in the audio commentary too.

But I don't really care. I think it's simply cool that Marvel is including a male nude scene in one of their movies.

To be fair he doesn't confirm Chris' ass won't be pixellated - just says that it would be a crime not to show off his body. So body - not specifically his ass. He's showing off his body even if his ass is pixellated.

I really hope it isn't but I still think it could be the same as in the trailer and its some sort of Olympus TV channel. It looks like there's an "audience" in Valkyrie; Jane; Korg etc

Anyway - we'll know soon - fingers crossed for people reporting back as to what we all hope!
