I think that's why we rarely see an underwear waist band. Even at one of the MIB premieres he's carrying a big gun above his head and his shirt is raised and still nothing.
I think the times we have seen a peek they have been underarmour.

Yes! Like, if you stop and pay attention to like, 90% of his pics where you can see his lower body, you just can't see any eaist band or any marking on the clothing that indicates he's wearing anything under.
