Did anyone listen to the podcast he did with Hunter mcvey? He talks a lot about stalkers I wonder if his legal troubles are related to a stalker?

Strangulation is almost impossible to prove self defense. Self defense is getting someone off you to be able to get to safety. Choosing to hold someone’s neck and restrict their breath isn’t defensive it’s offensive unless someone is choking him first which I doubt. Also strangulation carries a higher charge because it’s assumed you’re attempting to end their life since you’re cutting off breath. Either way not good and suggests some serious anger issues.
If you listen to Hunter McVey's podcast where he interviews Christian they talk a lot about Christian's many stalkers and go on this whole rift about how they wouldn't be opposed to violently defending themselves in a stalker situation. I'm wondering if maybe Christian was merely defending himself? Even in that interview he seems like a very relaxed and chill guy, doesn't seem like the type of guy that would resort to violence unless he had no other choice.

Didn’t Hunter also hit his partner or was that Michael Yerger. Again violently defending yourself and choking/strangulation which isn’t a defensive act is very different. I get we like him and he’s hot but strangulation is not just a normal every day squabble that got physical nor is it a stalker is in my house so I pushed them or hit them. He had to get close enough to look in someone’s eye, put both hands around someone’s throat, hard enough to stop breathing (which would have eventually led to death). Like the comfort with violence has to have to get to that level is crazy.
Firstly, don’t spread lies about Michael Yerger or Hunter. You don’t just flippantly mention some untruth like that. Secondly, Christian has had issues with stalkers. One in particular has found out where he lived and even broke into his home. A mentally ill, obese, black woman has been featured being arrested in his Instagram stories. Anyway- sometimes putting an attacker into a chokehold is a victim’s only recourse. I just hope that Christian has a great legal time to just make this go away. If he pays in advance for the proper representation, he can make it all just disappear.
